Salsa Criolla Recipe
(Traditional Argentine Sauce to go with asado)

• 30 cubic inches of water

• ¼ cup of cooking salt

• 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper

• 1 tablespoon of pepper

• 1 tablespoon of oregano

• 4 bay leaves

• 3 rosemary leaves

• 4 cloves of garlic

• vinegar and oil to taste

In a casserole, boil the water along with salt. Let it cool and then add cayenne pepper. Put the pepper in a bowl, add the previous preparation, oregano, bay leaves, rosemary leaves, chopped garlic, vinegar and oil, and let it rest for 24 hours. Serve in a sauce-boat or keep in a bottle in the refrigerator.
