Where are you located?

We are located in a small town called Adrogue within Buenos Aires. It takes less than an hour to get to our location by train, car or shuttle service. Shuttles leave downtown Buenos Aires to Adrogue several times a day. Train is available every 15 minutes from Constitucion station.

Take a taxi to Cerrito and Sarmiento, there you have to go downstairs, to the shuttles station, and find the aisle that says Adrogue Bus and take the one that goes by Irigoyen Avenue, this ones will take you to Adrogue Station.Shuttles to Adrogue leave every 5 minutes. The price is ARS 20 each way and the ride is about 50 minutes to Adrogue.

Once you get to Adrogue:
1) Walk one block to Segui Street (ask the bus driver to point where is Segui street)
2) Turn right on Segui street
3) Once on Segui street walk three blocks and turn left on Avellaneda street and first right onto Spiro street. Walk about a block on Spiro street and we are located on your left hand side. Our address is Spiro 456.


Take a taxi (fairly inexpensive for the ride) to Constitución train station which is the main train station in Buenos Aires and take the train that goes Glew. The trip from Constitución to Adrogué takes about 30 minutes and it cost less than one dollar. Adrogué is the ninth station from Constitución.

Get off in “Adrogue” station and:
1) Cross the railroad tracks and you should be walking opposite to the town center on main street called Segui street.
2) Walk three blocks on Segui street and turn left on Avellaneda street and first right onto Spiro street. Walk about a block on Spiro street and we are located on your left hand side. Our address is Spiro 456.


From the “Obelisco” take Avenida 9 de Julio south to Puente Pueyrredon, stay in your right hand lane and you will arrive within fifteen  minutes to Avellaneda (county) where Avenida Hipolito Yrigoyen begins. Drive Avenida Hipolito Yrigoyen for about half an hour(depending on the traffic) and arrive in Adrogueat 12400 of Hipolito Yrigoyen. Once there, turn left on Amenedo street, go down three blocks and turn right on Quintana Street. Go down five blocks on Quintana Street and you will arrive to Spiro Street, turn left on Spiro street and go up a block and a half where you will find our address at Spiro 456.

What information you need to hold space(s)?

We require a deposit of 10% of your total done through Paypal to confirm your reservation. Teresita will send you a deposit request. The remaining amount is due in cash on the day of your activity.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once deposit has been made, your space at the activity is guaranteed. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days prior to your scheduled activity.

Are the classes conducted in English?

Classes are conducted in English or Spanish based on who is participating. Teresita speaks English very well.

What culinary activities you offer?

Empanada cooking class: 11:00 am until 2:30 pm / USD 55 per person

Combined Empanada & BBQ class: 11:00 am until 3:30 pm/ USD 110 per person

Teresita’s Culinary Tour: 11:00 am until 3:30 pm / USD 130 per person

Are children welcome?

Children are welcome to our classes. Teresita provides an entertaining and educational hands-on cooking experience that the entire family can enjoy.

Do you cater for vegetarians?

Yes, but please let us know you are vegetarian at time of booking.
